Purchase 1 participating product at Sam's Club® stores (in the US) or on samsclub.com between 8/15/2023 and 11/5/2023. Retain your receipt.
Take a photo of your entire receipt showing the qualifying items starred or for online purchases take a screenshot of your shipping, pickup or delivery confirmation. Enter your personal information and submit the image of your full receipt by 11/5/23.
