What should I do if my receipt is too long?
If your receipt is too long to fit into one image, please fold the receipt to show participating products and the header with store name, purchase date, etc. and then take a picture of the receipt and upload the image on the specified site.

How do I purchase movie tickets with my Fandango Promo Code?
You can purchase movie tickets on Fandango in these simple steps:
- Use the search box at the top of the Fandango website or in the mobile app to find a show time and theater near you. For a complete list of participating theaters, click here.
- Select a show time to begin checkout. Choose the number of tickets you want to purchase and pick your seat(s) (if reserved seating is available). How do you know if reserved seating is available? Look for the “Reserved Seating” icon next to show times to find theaters that offer it. After you select a show time and ticket quantity, you'll see a seatmap on the following page where you can pick from available seats.
- Log in to your Fandango VIP account or checkout as a guest, and complete the information on the payment section with a valid method of accepted payment. No Fandango VIP account? Sign up here.
- Review your order, complete your purchase and enjoy the show! You'll find instructions on how to pick up your tickets on the confirmation page after purchase, and we'll also send an email confirmation to the email address you provided during checkout.
When will I get my order confirmation email?
Shortly after you complete your ticket purchase, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address that you provided during checkout, and will also be stored in your Fandango VIP account information under purchase history.
If you lost or can't find your confirmation email, please check your SPAM folder. You can also sign in to your Fandango VIP account to see your purchase history.
If you checked out as a guest – just sign up for a Fandango VIP account with the same email address you used during checkout, and we'll automatically link your previous purchases to your Fandango VIP account. Sign up here!
How do I pick up my tickets?
After you complete your purchase, you'll see a confirmation page that tells you exactly how to pick up your tickets. Depending on the theater and device you're on, you may print your tickets at home, pick up at a box office or kiosk with a valid credit card, or use a mobile ticket (if available). This information is also available on your confirmation email.
The cost of the movie ticket is more than the value of my Fandango Promo Code.
If the cost of the movie ticket(s) with Fandango's convenience fee included is more than the maximum value of the Fandango Promo Code, then you will need to pay the difference with a credit card.
My Fandango Promo Code has expired. Can it be replaced?
The Fandango Promo Codes are limited time offers which coincide with the release of specific movies or promotions. Unfortunately, we are not authorized to exchange, replace, renew, or refund any expired Fandango Promo Codes once the promotion has ended or the specific movie is no longer in theaters.
Are Fandango tickets refundable?
Fandango tickets purchased with a promo code are non-refundable. If a Fandango Promo Code is used to purchase a ticket, the amount paid with the Fandango Promo Code will be forfeited, and will not be refunded.

Fandango VIP is a free program that gives you special perks and benefits on Fandango. With your Fandango VIP account you can write movie reviews, save your favorite theaters, access free insider perks, refund and exchange your movie tickets + more. I forgot the password to my Fandango VIP account and can't sign in.
If you forgot your password, click here to enter the email address that you used to create your Fandango account and a temporary password will be sent to your email address. Once you click the 'SEND EMAIL' button (the 'send email' button is shown by clicking on the 'click here' link shown above), your password will be emailed to that address.
Is my existing Fandango account now a Fandango VIP account?

I have a question or complaint about a movie theater.
Fandango operates independently from the theaters. If you have questions regarding topics such as available theater amenities, ticket category age policies, or when a particular movie will be coming to your location, you should contact your local theater directly.

Where can I use my Virtual Card?
The Virtual Card can be redeemed at every internet, mail order, and telephone merchant everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. This is exclusively an online Virtual Card and cannot be used to make purchases in physical stores. Account is limited to only ecommerce or mail/telephone order. No Cash Access. How can I track the purchases I make with my Virtual Card?
Your Virtual Card balance including the purchases you make are available online at www.activaterewards.com/beprepared/check_balance.
Does my Virtual Card have an expiration date?
Yes. The expiration date was supplied at the time you received your Virtual Card number. Any balance remaining on the Virtual Card after expiration will not be usable or refundable.
Can I add funds to my Virtual Card?
No. This Virtual Card is non-reloadable and cannot be combined with multiple rewards.
What fees are associated with my Virtual Card?
There are no fees associated with your Virtual Card; however you can only use your account for purchases before the expiration date. Any remaining balance after the expiration date will be forfeited. For additional information, please refer to the terms in your accountholder agreement.
What can I do if I lose my Virtual Card?
You can retrieve your virtual card details at any time by visiting www.activaterewards.com/beprepared/check_balance, but you must have your original reward code or account number to view your card. If you do not have this information then use the link that was provided to you in your confirmation email. If you still experience difficulties please Contact Us.
What is the 3-digit security code?
The 3-digit security code is the Virtual Card Verification Value (or CVV2), which is a code required by some online retailers. This code should have been provided to you along with your Virtual Card number.
My Virtual Card was denied or my transaction was declined.
Please make sure that the online merchant accepts Visa debit cards. If they accept Visa debit cards and your Virtual Card has been denied, please try again and ensure that all the information that you are entering is correct (i.e. Virtual Card number, expiration date, security code, and personal information such as zip code). Verify that you have enough available balance on your Virtual Card to cover your purchases. If your Virtual Card is still being declined please Contact Us.
My purchase is greater than my Virtual Card balance.
The majority of online merchants do not have the capability to run two forms of payment for one purchase. In this case you must have a Virtual Card balance equal to or greater than the total purchase amount.
What happens if someone else uses my Virtual Card without authorization?
Transactions made through fraudulent or unauthorized use cannot be refunded. Please make sure that you keep your Virtual Card details in a secure location.
What happens if I return merchandise or receive a refund?
You are able to receive a return(s) or credit(s) to your virtual card before the expiration date. Any return(s) or credit(s) made to your account after the expiration date will be forfeited.

Funds will not be replaced on Lost/Stolen cards and merchant is not responsible for use of card without your knowledge.

The Gift Card does not expire. eGift Card does not expire once activated.
