My reward code is not being accepted.
Be sure you are entering it exactly as it is printed.
Some helpful tips if your code is hard to read:
- The codes do not include '0' or 'O', so this character might be a 'D' or 'C'
- The codes do not include 'Z', so this character might be a '2'
- The codes do not include 'S', so this character might be a '5'
- The codes do not include 'B', so this character might be an '8' or 'E'
The website gives an error message stating my reward code was already entered.
Once your reward code has been activated, the website will not allow you to enter it again. You should have received an automatic confirmation email when you activate 3 correct reward codes. This email will include your Promo Code and instructions to redeem on FandangoNOW. Please note, the confirmation email may be directed to your junk mail or spam folders, so you should check these folders as well.

I forgot the password to my Fandango VIP account and can’t sign in.
If you forgot your password, click here to enter the email address that you used to create your Fandango account and a temporary password will be sent to your email address. Once you click the 'SEND EMAIL' button (the 'send email' button is shown by clicking on the 'click here' link shown above), your password will be emailed to that address.
Is my existing Fandango account now a Fandango VIP account?
