What do I receive for making a qualifying purchase?
If you make a qualifying purchase of $25 in participating P&G products in one transaction, before taxes and after all other discounts or coupons, during the offer period, and submit your receipt by the required date, you will receive a $15 Fandango Promo Code valid toward one ticket to see any movie at Fandango partner theaters in the U.S. Purchase of movie tickets must be made at www.fandango.com/promo/PGSummerTicket or via the Fandango app and cannot be redeemed directly at any Fandango partner theater box office.
How long does this offer run?
Offer promotional dates vary by retailer. Purchases must be made between 5/19/18 and 6/30/18. The last day to submit your receipt is 7/7/2018. The $15 Fandango Promo Codes are void if not redeemed by 9/30/18.

Is sales tax included towards my qualifying purchase?
No, sales tax is not included towards the qualifying purchase threshold. You must spend $25 in participating P&G products in one transaction, before taxes and after all other discounts or coupons.
Do I have to purchase multiple P&G products to qualify, or does a purchase of one P&G product count as long as the purchase price meets the $25 minimum requirement for the offer?
As long as the $25 price requirement is met in one transaction, before sales tax and after all other discounts or coupons, then you may purchase one or multiple qualifying products.
Can my qualifying purchase be made over multiple shopping trips?
No. Qualifying purchases must be made in one transaction and indicated on one original cash register receipt.

What should I do if my receipt is too long?
If your receipt is too long to fit into one image, please fold the receipt to show participating products and the header with store name, purchase date, etc. and then take a picture of the receipt and upload the image on the specified site.

How do I purchase movie tickets with my Fandango Promotional Code?
You can purchase movie tickets on Fandango in these simple steps. Or you may also purchase movie tickets via the Fandango app:
- Visit www.fandango.com/promo/PGSummerTicket and use the search box to find a show time and theater near you. For a complete list of participating theaters, click here.
- Select a show time to begin checkout. Choose the number of tickets you want to purchase and pick your seat(s) (if reserved seating is available). How do you know if reserved seating is available? Look for the 'Reserved Seating' icon next to show times to find theaters that offer it. After you select a show time and ticket quantity, you'll see a seat map on the following page where you can pick from available seats.
- Log in to your Fandango VIP account or checkout as a guest, and complete the information on the payment section with a valid method of accepted payment. Enter your unique Fandango Promotional Code in the "Promo Code" field to apply toward your total payment. No Fandango VIP account? Sign up here.
- Review your order, complete your purchase and enjoy the show! You'll find instructions on how to pick up your tickets on the confirmation page after purchase, and Fandango will also send an email confirmation to the email address you provided during checkout.
When will I get my Fandango order confirmation email?
Shortly after you complete your ticket purchase, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address that you provided during checkout, and will also be stored in your Fandango VIP account information under purchase history.
If you lost or can't find your confirmation email, please check your SPAM folder. You can also sign in to your Fandango VIP account to see your purchase history.
If you checked out as a guest – just sign up for a Fandango VIP account with the same email address you used during checkout, and Fandango will automatically link your previous purchases to your Fandango VIP account. Sign up here!
How do I pick up my Fandango ticket?
After you complete your purchase, you'll see a confirmation page that tells you exactly how to pick up your tickets. Depending on the theater and device you're on, you may print your tickets at home, pick up at a box office or kiosk with a valid credit card, or use a mobile ticket (if available). This information is also available on your confirmation email.
The cost of the movie ticket is more than the value of my Fandango Promotional Code.
If the cost of the movie ticket with Fandango's convenience fee included is more than the maximum value of the Fandango Promotional Code, then you will need to pay the difference with a credit card.
My Fandango Promotional Code has expired. Can it be replaced?
The Fandango Promotional Codes are limited time offers which coincide with specific promotions. Unfortunately, we are not authorized to exchange, replace, renew, or refund any expired Fandango Promotional Codes once the promotion has ended.
Are Fandango tickets refundable?
Fandango tickets purchased with a promo code are non-refundable. If a promo code is used to purchase a ticket, the amount paid with the promo code will be forfeited, and will not be refunded.

I forgot the password to my Fandango VIP account and can't sign in.
If you forgot your password, click here to enter the email address that you used to create your Fandango account and a temporary password will be sent to your email address. Once you click the 'SEND EMAIL' button (the 'send email' button is shown by clicking on the 'click here' link shown above), your password will be emailed to that address.
Is my existing Fandango account now a Fandango VIP account?

Fandango operates independently from the theaters. If you have questions regarding topics such as available theater amenities, ticket category age policies, or when a particular movie will be coming to your location, you should contact your local theater directly.
