1. Purchase 3 participating* Mars Wrigley products in one transaction at Sam’s Club^® stores (in the US) or on samsclub.com between 1/30/2023 and 3/31/2023. Retain your receipt.
2. Take a photo of your entire receipt showing the qualifying items starred or for online purchases take a screenshot of your shipping, pickup or delivery confirmation.
3. Visit www.activaterewards.com/SamsClubMarsWrigley, enter your information and submit the image of your full receipt by 3/31/2023.
4. Submissions are reviewed within 2-5 business days. Once your submission has been validated, you will receive an email with a link which must be activated to receive your $15 eGift Card.
