NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 OR OVER, WHO ARE SAM’S CLUB MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING AS OF FEBRUARY 17, 2020.

  1. Promotion Timing: The Unilever NCAA® March Madness® Sweepstakes – Sam’s Club (the “Promotion”) begins 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 18, 2020, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on March 15, 2020 (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and Sam’s Club members in good standing as of February 18, 2020. Employees of Conopco, Inc., d/b/a Unilever (the “Sponsor”), their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, including Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (the “Administrator”), the National Collegiate Athletic Association® (“NCAA®”), CBS Broadcasting, Inc. (“CBS”), Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (“Turner”), and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win. Void and where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
  3. How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit ShopGroomWinBig.com (the “Website”) and complete the online entry form to receive one (1) entry (the “Entry”) into the random drawing. Limit one (1) Entry per person per day. The person uploading the Entry will be deemed the entrant (the “Entrant”). Use of any automated or computer system to participate online is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply.
  4. Random Drawings:
    1. One (1) Grand Prize winner and one (1) First Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about March 16, 2020, from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
    2. One (1) Second Prize winner will be selected in a separate random drawing on or about March 5, 2020, from among all eligible Entries received by 11:59 p.m. ET on March 4, 2020.
    3. One (1) Third Prize and one (1) Fourth Prize winner will be selected in a separate random drawing on or about February 26, 2020 from among all eligible Entries received by 11:59 p.m. ET on February 25, 2020.
  5. Entries will be carried forward for any subsequent drawings. Drawings will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Promotion. Odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the number of eligible Entries received by each drawing date.

  6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”):
    1. Grand Prize (1): A 3-day/2-night trip for four (4) to Atlanta, Georgia to attend the NCAA® March Madness® Championship Game on or about April 6, 2020 (the “Championship Game”). Trip consists of round trip economy class air transportation from the major airport nearest the winner’s home to Atlanta, GA; two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (based on quadruple occupancy and availability); four (4) Sponsor-selected tickets to the Championship Game; a Sponsor-selected $250 transportation gift card; and a $1,500 check made payable to the winner to be used to help offset taxes (ARV: $8,350). Grand Prize winner must be able to travel on or about April 5, 2020 through April 7, 2020, or Grand Prize winner agrees to forfeit the Grand Prize in its entirety and Sponsor will award the Grand Prize to an alternate Grand Prize winner, time permitting.
    2. First Prize (1): A 3-day/2-night trip for four (4) to Atlanta, Georgia to attend the NCAA® March Madness® Final Four® Game on or about April 4, 2020 (the “Final Four® Game”). Trip consists of round trip economy class air transportation from the major airport nearest the winner’s home to Atlanta, GA; two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (based on quadruple occupancy and availability); four (4) Sponsor-selected tickets to the FINAL Four® Game; a Sponsor-selected $250 transportation gift card; and a $1,500 check made payable to the winner to be used to help offset taxes (ARV: $8,350). First Prize winner must be able to travel on or about April 3, 2020 through April 5, 2020 or First Prize winner agrees to forfeit the First Prize in its entirety and Sponsor will award the First Prize to an alternate First Prize winner, time permitting.
    3. Second Prize (1): A 5-day/4-night trip for four (4) to Houston, TX to attend the NCAA® March Madness® Sweet Sixteen® Game on or about March 27, 2020 (the “Sweet Sixteen® Game”) and the NCAA® March Madness® Elite 8® Game on or about March 29, 2020 (the “Elite 8® Game”). Trip consists of round trip economy class air transportation from the major airport nearest the winner’s home to Houston, TX; four (4) nights’ hotel accommodations (based on quadruple occupancy and availability); four (4) Sponsor-selected tickets to the Sweet Sixteen® Game; four (4) Sponsor-selected tickets to the Elite 8® Game; a Sponsor-selected $250 transportation gift card; and a $1,500 check made payable to the winner to be used to help offset taxes (ARV: $9,350). Second Prize winner must be able to travel on or about March 26, 2020 through March 30, 2020 or Second Prize winner agrees to forfeit the Second Prize in its entirety and Sponsor will award the Second Prize to an alternate Second Prize winner, time permitting.
    4. Third Prize (1): A 5-day/4-night trip for four (4) to Tampa Bay, FL to attend the NCAA® March Madness® First Round Game on or about March 19, 2020 (the “Tampa Bay First Round Game”) and the NCAA® March Madness® Second Round Game on or about March 21, 2020 (the “Tampa Bay Second Round Game”). Trip consists of round trip economy class air transportation from the major airport nearest the winner’s home to Tampa Bay, FL; four (4) nights’ hotel accommodations (based on quadruple occupancy and availability); four (4) Sponsor-selected tickets to the Tampa Bay First Round Game; four (4) Sponsor-selected tickets to the Tampa Bay Second Round Game; a Sponsor-selected $250 transportation gift card; and a $1,500 check made payable to the winner to be used to help offset taxes (ARV: $9,150). Third Prize winner must be able to travel on or about March 18, 2020 through March 22, 2020 or Third Prize winner agrees to forfeit the Third Prize in its entirety and Sponsor will award the Third Prize to an alternate Third Prize winner, time permitting.
    5. Fourth Prize (1): A 5-day/4-night trip for four (4) to St. Louis, MO to attend the NCAA® March Madness® First Round Game on or about March 19, 2020 (the “St. Louis First Round Game”) and the NCAA® March Madness® Second Round Game on or about March 21, 2020 (the “St. Louis Second Round Game”). Trip consists of round trip economy class air transportation from the major airport nearest the winner’s home to St. Louis, MO; four (4) nights’ hotel accommodations (based on quadruple occupancy and availability); four (4) Sponsor-selected tickets to the St. Louis First Round Game; four (4) Sponsor-selected tickets to the St. Louis Second Round Game; a Sponsor-selected $250 transportation gift card; and a $1,500 check made payable to the winner to be used to help offset taxes (ARV: $9,150). Fourth Prize winner must be able to travel on or about March 18, 2020 through March 22, 2020 or Fourth Prize winner agrees to forfeit the Fourth Prize in its entirety and Sponsor will award the Fourth Prize to an alternate Fourth Prize winner, time permitting.
  7. The Championship Game, Final Four® Game, Sweet Sixteen® Game, Elite 8® Game, Tampa Bay First Round Game, Tampa Bay Second Round Game, St. Louis First Round Game, and St. Louis Second Round Game will be collectively known as “Games”. Limit one (1) prize per person. Prizes are subject to availability and must be used on date specified or prize will be forfeited. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable or if any Game(s) cannot take place as scheduled for any reason. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names, likenesses and photos for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  8. Prize Rules: Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Trips may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Winners and travel companions must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid government issued photo ID, etc.) in order to travel. Seat selection and timing of each trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. Seat assignments at Game(s) are Sponsor-specified. Prizes are awarded “as is” without any warranty or guarantee of any kind, and are subject to all of the ticket issuer’s terms and conditions. Certain additional restrictions apply. In the event a winner lives within a 150-mile radius of destination city, round trip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided for air transportation portion of prize. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen travel vouchers or certificates. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, tips, meals, ground transportation, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, entertainment and transfers, are Grand Prize winner’s sole responsibility. In the event that any Game(s) is cancelled for reasons out of Sponsor’s control, that portion of applicable prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided. Winners will be responsible for any other costs or expenses associated with the applicable prize, including payment of applicable taxes. Unless the child/charge of winner, travel companion(s) must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the applicable winner. Travel companion(s) [or winner on behalf of minor travel companion] must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents.
  9. General Rules: The Administrator will make three (3) attempts to contact the potential Grand and First Prize winners via email or phone within twenty-four (24) hours from the time winner selection was accomplished. Voicemail messages will not be left. If Sponsor is unable to reach a potential Grand or First Prize winners within this time frame, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate potential Grand or First winner will be selected, time permitting. Potential winners will be required to sign and return, via email/email link, a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law), within forty-eight (48) hours (including weekends) of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants and travel companion(s) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Entries become the property of the Sponsor. The Sponsor and their agencies and Administrator are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Website or the Promotion or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Entries in the Promotion or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with the Website or Promotion. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the Entrant. “Authorized account holder” of an email address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor, and/or Administrator (as identified in these Official Rules) are not responsible for the failure of any email or Entry to be received by Sponsor/Administrator on account of technical problems or congestion on the internet or at any website. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or Website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion or Website may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion or Website, then the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel the Promotion and select the winners at random from among all eligible Entries received prior to each drawing date. By entering the Promotion, you hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with its contents.
  10. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Promotion, the Entrant, winners and travel companion(s) [or Entrant on behalf of minor companion(s)] agree that Sponsor, Administrator, the NCAA®, Turner, CBS, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, retailers, advertising and Promotion agencies, and all of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees and assigns, members, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by Entrant for any liability for any bodily injury, loss, cost or damages of any kind to persons, including death and property, damages sustained due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Entry creation, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or parts thereof, if applicable or participation in the Promotion or participation in any Promotion or related activity. Entrants further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
  11. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Venue: SPONSOR IS REGISTERED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES WITH HEADQUARTERS IN NEW JERSEY. THE NEW JERSEY COURTS (STATE & FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE PROMOTION AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY SHALL GOVERN THE SAME. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND HEREBY IRREVOCABLY SUBMITS TO THE VENUE OF THOSE COURTS WITHIN NEW JERSEY.
