  1. If your receipt is too long to fit into one image, please fold the receipt to show participating products and the header with store name, purchase date, etc. and then take a picture of the receipt and upload the image on the specified site.

  2. Please note, the following image upload requirements: image must be under 5MB and in the format of PNG, GIF or JPG. If you have further difficulties uploading your receipt, please try to clear browser cache and cookies and upload again. If this persists we also recommend trying a different device. Please Contact Us if you require further assistance.

  3. After your receipt submission is validated, you will receive an email with your $5 BJ's eGift Card 7-10 business days after 3/5/2022.

  4. Please contact the customer service department of the retailer directly.

  5. Card is redeemable only for Membership fees at BJ's Club front-end registers and for merchandise at BJ's Club front-end registers or at checkout at BJs.com. Card is not redeemable at BJ's Gas® locations.

  6. If lost or stolen, Card can be replaced for the remaining value of the Card with proof of purchase. For balance inquiry or customer service, please visit Bjs.com/giftcard or call 800-971-3773.

  7. Card is not redeemable for cash, check or credit except as required by law. No expiration date or management fees.
