Qualification

  1. Be sure you are entering it exactly as it is printed. Some helpful tips if your Reward Code is hard to read:

    • The code does not include '0' or '1'
    • The code does not include 'B', so this character might be an '8' or 'E'
    • The code does not include 'I', 'N' or 'O'
    • The code does not include 'S', so this character might be a '5'
    • The code does not include 'U'
    • The code does not include 'Z', so this character might be a '2'
  2. Once your Reward Code has been activated, the website will not allow you to enter it again. You should have received an automatic confirmation email with a link to get your reward when you activated it. Please note, the confirmation email may be directed to your junk mail or spam folders, so you should check these folders as well.

  3. Once the Reward Code expires, it can no longer be activated on the website. The Rewards are provided as part of limited time offers which coincide with specific promotions. Unfortunately, we are not authorized to exchange, replace, renew, or refund any expired Reward Codes.

Gift Card & FAQS

  1. Card can be used for purchases at the specified merchant on the card.

  2. If you have lost your Card, and the value still remains on it, please contact support via our Contact Us link below and we will reissue the Card. If the Card no longer contains value, and you feel that this was fraudulent in nature, an investigation will be conducted. Resolution may require that the customer sign an affidavit with a notary public relative to the missing product. To begin an investigation into such an issue, please Contact Us.

  3. Most national merchants do not have an expiration date for their Gift Card programs. However, each merchant may have different terms and conditions. Please review those terms prior to your selection.

  4. Please contact the customer service department of the specific retailer directly.
  5. No, Gift Cards are valid in the U.S. only, excluding territories.
