PURCHASES MUST BE MADE BETWEEN 12:00AM PACIFIC STANDARD TIME (“PST”) ON MARCH 29, 2020 AND 11:59:59PM PST ON APRIL 25, 2020 AND RECEIPT SUBMISSIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59PM PST ON APRIL 25, 2020. YOU MUST CHOOSE AND ACTIVATE YOUR REWARD BY 11:59:59PM PST ON JUNE 30, 2020.

To Participate in the Offer:

BUY: Purchase at least $20 (exclusive of tax) worth of participating products* in one transaction between 3/29/20 12:00AM PST and 4/25/20 11:59:59PM PST. Retain your receipt.

Purchase at least $20 (exclusive of tax), choose a $5 Reward.
Purchase at least $30 (exclusive of tax), choose a $10 Reward.
For the Kroger Co. Family of Stores participants, please retain your Reward Code received at checkout.

UPLOAD: Take a picture of your full receipt ensuring that the retail store name, date/time of purchase, and purchase total of qualifying products are clearly visible. Purchases must clearly appear in one single transaction. Visit www.readysetspring.com, enter your information and submit the image of your full receipt by 11:59:59PM PST on 4/25/20 by following the directions provided.

RECEIVE: Submissions are reviewed within 2-5 business days. Once your submission has been validated, you will receive an email with a link to choose your Reward.

Consumer Notification Process:

Offer qualification is determined when receipt image is submitted to validation site. Proof of identity and/or residence reasonably satisfactory to program administrators may be required to verify eligibility. Program administrators have the right to determine offer eligibility in their discretion; all decisions concerning offer eligibility are final. Any effort to circumvent the offer’s limits, requirements or other terms (including, but not limited to, providing fictitious information or concealing identity or location) voids submissions and disqualifies person from participating in the offer.

If a submission is deemed valid, you will be sent an email message response from Activate Rewards to the email address used to submit the receipt with a link to choose your Reward. Follow all on-screen prompts and instructions to select your Reward and provide any other information so that your selection can be emailed to the email address or mailed to the residential address provided. Reward must be chosen and activated by 11:59:59PM PST on 6/30/20.

If a submission is deemed invalid, you will be sent an email message from Activate Rewards indicating that the submission is invalid, the reason why it is invalid, and directions on how to resubmit the receipt, assuming that all purchase requirements are met. The person submitting a receipt for validation will be deemed the Offer recipient.

Limitations Apply:

Offer is only available on products purchased with cash or cash equivalent (no points or other non-monetary purchase methods). Receipts obtained through unauthorized means or illegitimate channels will be void. Receipts and links cannot be sold, traded, auctioned or bartered; all of which will be void. Visa Rewards Card will expire 6 months from the date of issuance and is void if not activated and used by expiration date. Code is void if not redeemed by 6/30/20. Only valid for purchase of movie tickets made at Fandango.com or via the Fandango app and cannot be redeemed directly at any theater box office.
